200th BLOG POST
Hello friends, today's nail art is my 200th POST ON THE BLOG. That's right, its 200th. Cannot believe I completed 200 Blog posts here. I just realized it yesterday and could not wait to share this pretty but floral nail art with you all to celebrate it.
I have done a number of Floral nail art designs but what’s unique, is the color combination that I have used here. The blue is Sally Hansen’s Gray by Gray, orange is OPI’s On the same Paige and Yellow is Zoya’s Darcy.
Hope you all like it and keep showing your support by following my blog posts here. And all those silent followers I don't know who you all are but would love to hear from you all.

Jenna Hipp - The New Moderns Collection
If you follow me on Instagram, you would have seen how excited I was to add the “Jenna Hipp – New Moderns” to my collection. So I decided to create a simple nail art using some of the shades from this collection. I used Pinky Promise, Throwing Shade, Better Slate Than Never and Ooh La Latte shades from this collection to create the following nail art. This is also the first time I used Jenna Hipp polishes. These polishes are “five-free” i.e. they don’t contain any Dibutyl Phthalate, Formaldehyde Resin, Formaldehyde, Toluene and Camphor. These polishes are easy to apply and require only 2 strokes to become opaque.

Triangles
I never painted Triangles on my nails before. So when I saw these triangles outside Staples while shopping one day, I decided to recreate them on my nails right away. These triangles are done free hand and the polishes that I used are OPI's My Boyfriend Scales the Walls, Butter London's Union Black Jack and Fruit Machine, Wet-n-Wild's I need a refresh mint. Hope you all like it.

Floral Blue Nail Art
Hi ALL, Today's nail art is inspired by Kim of @Kimiko7878. I loved her Blue floral design so much that I had to recreate it on my nails for a recent festival. I love how they turned out. Initially I thought I won't be able to recreate them but once I started painting my nails, I got the gist. The hardest part was to create them on the right hand. But they turned out fine I guess on the right hand.
Polishes that I used are Sally Hansen's Blue Me Away, Wet-n-Wild's I need a refresh mint and OPI's My Boyfriend Scales the Walls.

Tutorial: Wave Pattern
Hi All, Since you all loved the wave pattern from yesterday so much, I decided to post a tutorial in pictures on how to do it. It is very simple.
For this nail art you would need -
1. Nail Polishes.
2. A thin nail art brush.
3. Top Coat.
4. Base Coat.
Step 1. To start, first paint your nails with a base coat to protect your nails and when its dry on top of it paint your nails with a base coat. I used Sally Hansen's Hard To Get. Make sure you polish dries completely, before you attempt Step 2.
Step 2. Now using a nail art brush, start painting wavy design on one side of the nail using the first color polish. For light blue I used Wet n Wild's I need a refresh-mint.
Step 3. Then using the second color, make a similar wavy pattern. For dark blue I used Sally Hansen's Blue Me Away.
Step 4. Without waiting for a long time, carefully paint another wavy pattern using the third color this time. Since I wanted blue-green combo, I used Sally Hansen's Green with Envy. If your nail is very wide, then start over with the first color and add more wavy patterns till the whole nail is covered.
Step 5. Once all the nail art is dry, seal it with your favorite top coat. That's it, easy peasy, isn't it.
If you liked this pictorial and would like to see more of these for other nail art designs, let me know in the comments section below. You can also communicate with me on Facebook and Instagram. Enjoy!!!

Happy Independence Day India
Today is India's Independence Day, and on this occasion instead of drawing Indian Flag, like all other nail artist's, I decided to do something else, something different. So here is my take on India's Independence Day. The color's for this nail art are inspired from Indian Flag. You can see my previous Indian Independence Day nail art here.

Marimekko Nails
Hi All, Today I am sharing my Marimekko nail art which is inspired by the talented Elleandish. She did this beautiful nail art a while back and since then I have seen a number of girls replicate this on their nails. I was always drawn by this easy nail design and decided to give it a try on a busy Sunday. This nail art is super easy to do and the outcome is amazingly beautiful. I used a number of different nail polishes for this and if you have any questions on which polishes I used, leave a comment in the comments section below and I will be happy to answer it for you. Hope you all like this mani.

A take on Modern Art
Hi Friends, today I am sharing with you all a very unique nail art which looks like Modern Art. I call it unique because I haven't seen anyone do a similar nail art before. I have used different shades of blue, beige and yellow polishes to create the base and used a stripping brush to create modern art lines with a black polish. Hope you all like it.

Travelogue: Alaska...The Last Frontier
For those of you who know me very well, know how much I love to travel and visit new places. I have covered the whole West Coast of USA and the last state which was remaining was ALASKA which I traveled to recently. One thing which I did not realize before I visited Alaska was, how beautiful the state really is. The views are breathtaking, the glaciers are pristine and the wildlife is in abundance. If you are thinking of your next destination for vacation, I would definitely recommend visiting Alaska.
I can go on and on about how beautiful Alaska is, so let me just stop here and let you enjoy some amazing shots from my vacation. Do let me know how you like the pictures. Some of them are taken by my talented hubby who is as passionate about photography as I am about nail art.
