Gold Studs
Hi all, today's nail art nail art is inspired by a picture, click here to see the original nail art by the artist. The sqaure gold studs that I have used here are from BornPrettyStore. To get 10% odd your order from BornPrettyStore, use the code QANX31 at checkout. You can see my previous haul from this store here and here. The polishes that I have used are Wet n Wild's I need a refresh-mint, Revlon's Cupid and Sinful Color's Snow Me White.
And those of you who have been asking me, Yes, I paint both my hands. The left hand's nail art is slightly better than the right ones because I am right-handed, but still I make an attempt. I think I am getting better at it. I myself can't take pictures of my both hands so both of them get clicked only when I have someone around me to do the honors.
Ring: From a local store in Santa Barbara, CA

Skittle Dots
I love polka dots and incorporate them in my life whenever I can. The other day I thought why not create a colorful polka dots mani and to my surprise while browsing through social networking sites, I found that no one has done this design before. That was it, I had to create this nail art ASAP and that's what I did here. I like to call this one the skittle dots manicure.
If you follow me on Instagram you would have seen this design already.
UPDATE: One of my follower's on Instagram pointed out that this nail art is perfect for all the fans of 30 Seconds to Mars. Me being ignorant about the band googled to find out it is very similar to the band's fourth album cover - LOVE LUST FAITH + DREAMS. So here is a picture dedicated to all the fans and to the band 30 Seconds to Mars.

Victoria's Secret Swatches
I recently came across Victoria's Secret polishes and picked up two amazing colors which I liked. Here is the swatches for them.
The first one is I'm No Angel. This is a red polish with a pink tinge to it. It appears sparkly when you wear it on your nails and the effect is very different. I don't own any polish in my collection which is of this shade and I am glad that I bought it. It is easy to apply and I like the quality of the brush.
The second polish is called Wild Side. This one was a HIT from the get go. I fell in love with this shade when I laid my eyes on it. My sister and niece loved it too and applied it on their nails as soon as they saw it in my collection. I love this shade, it is pink in color. I would call it something that would qualify as "Pantone's" color of the year. Again, easy to apply but took me 3 coats to get the results below.
Did you all know that Victoria's Secret carried polishes? I didn't and haven't seen any swatches or their mention anywhere.

Inspired by NCLA
Hello everyone. The nail art which I am sharing with you all today is inspired by NCLA wraps called AQUA. NCLA is a polish brand which is famous for their Nail Wraps. They come out with these amazing designs for their nail wraps which are hard to resist.
But you know me whenever I see a beautiful design, be it in stamping plates or nail wrap, I like to create it on my own. So here is my take on recreating this beautiful NCLA wraps by using stripping tape technique.
The base polish that I have used is from Charming Charlie called
You can see similar retro colorblock nail designs which I did before here and here.
Below is a picture of the actual wraps from NCLA which inspired this mani.

Henna Series: Getting Creative
It's been a while since I posted a henna design, so here it is. Another one of my henna art. This time I decided to go for the whole hand instead of a simple design like last time.
A lot of you have been asking me for henna tutorial. I am definitely going to keep that request in mind and will work on a henna video soon. In the mean time enjoy this henna art.

Purplicious
My niece Esha got some new polishes and some of the shades that she got, caught my eye. So I decided to create a simple nail art using those polishes. The polishes that I have used for today's nail art are L'oreal's Wild and Free and the glitter polish is Pure Ice's Darkside. Love how both the polish's compliment each other.

Whirled Away
China Glaze's Cirque du Soleil collection - you must remember me talking about this collection a while ago. This collection apart from regular polishes, had three very different glitter polishes, and I am fortunate enough to own all three of them. The first one you have seen here already.
Today I am sharing with you the second one called Whirled Away. This polish has a clear base and includes black bar glitter, black hex glitter and large white hex glitter. I swatched it on top of Zoya's Lolly so you can see how pretty this black and white glitter looks with pink. I liked this formula and it was easy to apply.
Doesn't it look pretty with pink? :)

Girly French Manicure
French manicure is the considered the most sophisticated manicure of all, but who is looking for sophistication here right? Its fun to add some color to the good old french manicure and add some spunk to it. So I created this girly girl french manicure with some polka dots.
The pink used here is OPI's Mod about you and black is Maybelline's Onyx Rush.
You can see my previous take on french manicure here.

Spring is here
It's SPRING time and to celebrate that I am sharing with you all a floral nail art today. Nothing much to say about it except it's a new style of floral nails that I have attempted here. The polishes that I have used are Ulta's Celebutante, Sally Hansen's Green with Envy, Sinful Color's Snow Me White and Zoya's Darcy.

Teal
Hello Lovelies. Today's nail art is a mix-n-match nail design that I did when I didn't had much time to spare on my nailart. It's a very very simple design but the use of color's in it is what makes it different. The polishes that I have used are Urban Outfitter's Flip Flop and Butter London's Cotton Buds. Silver glitter polish is from Forever 21.

Quatrefoil Pattern Nails
Today's nail art is another of my inspirational nails. This one is inspired by Christabell Nails and I followed the tutorial made by her.
The polishes that I have used are Chanel's Dragon. For the pattern I used a different red which is Ulta's Red Carpet Red and White is Butter London's Cotton Buds.
Some of my design got smeared by the top coat, only because I was careless and didn't wait enough for it to dry. I really enjoyed doing this nail design because it was so detailed.
The pattern on my nail in my right hand looks the best among all the ones I did.

Sunburst
The nail art that I am sharing with you all today is what I like to call the sunburst nails. The polishes that I have used here are Zoya's Darcy, Sinful Color's Snow ME White and OPI's On the same Paige. The gradient effect I created using a sponge and dabbing 2 different colors on it.
