Red and Black

Hello Lovelies, Hope you all are having a great week. I have this red and black nail design to share with you all today. This is a simple free hand design that I created using nail polish brushes and dotting tools. The polishes I used are Zoya's Rekha, Willa and Purity. Zoya's Rekha is a new addition to my collection and I am loving experimenting with it.

Houndstooth Nails

Hello Hello. Sharing a very simple nail design with flowers, hearts and my favorite polka dots :) Polishes used are Butter London's Cotton Buds and Union Jack Black. Red used is Chanel's Dragon. All done free-hand.

Black n Red

Hello Friends, Todays nail art is a pretty flowers design with a different color combination of Red, Black and White. I used a thin nail art brush and dotting tool to create this design. Polishes used are Butter London's Union Jack Black, Butter London and Ulta's Red Carpet Red.

Gold French Manicure

I LOVE how this nail art turned out. I wanted to create something with Red, Gold and Black and couldn't come up with any ideas. Eventually I started to paint my nails without thinking and came up with this design. Gold french tips with gold studs is something I have never seen before and I love how these turned out. Polishes I used are Butter London's Union Jack Black and Cotton Buds. Red polish used is Chanel's Dragon. You can see another nail art using similar colors here.

Cherry Blossom

I have seen a lot of Cherry Blossom nail art flowing around on the Internet and Social Media. I always wanted to try it out but decided to give it a try with some different colors instead of the usual pink and white. So here it is my Cherry Blossom Nail Art. Hope you all like it.

One Stroke Nail Art

I was shocked to realize I had never tried the one stroke nail art technique before today so I decided to give it a try. Now this was really something, took me a couple of tries to get it right especially with nail polishes. Most of the nail artists try it with acrylic paint. But I stick to nail polishes for my nail art.

To start with I painted my nails with Maybelline’s Onyx Rush and let it dry. After that following the one stroke flower nail art technique, I took 2 different colors (Sinfulcolors Snow Me White and Sunset) on either end of the brush and did continuous strokes with the brush to create the flower petals. I repeated it till the flower was complete and added dots in the middle and sides. It was harder to create the same design on my right hand using my left hand.

I like how this turned out considering it was my first attempt with one stroke nail art. I am glad the colors I chose as well for this. They really compliment one another.

Valentines Series: Red White and Black

Today's nail art is a new and different take on Valentine's Day. Instead of presenting you with usual pink and red Valentine's Day manicure, I decided to try something different. Hence this design with these colors.
