Pink and Blue
On my recent vacation, I couldn’t decide which nail art to do, which would be exciting as well as eye-catching. So I started with some pink and blue zebra print. Then added some different kind of polka-dots to it. And then ended up completing it with my favorite –chevron accent nail. I just love how this design turned out to be. I got different comments from Candy to Easter to baby shower – a different comment from different person. So now you know on which occasion to recreate this mani, isn’t it ;)
The polishes I used are – Butter London’s Cotton Buds and Fruit Machine and Wet-n-Wild’s I need a refresh mint.

Blue n Green
Lately I am not getting a lot of great nail art ideas and that's why I am settling for simple yet cute nail art designs. Not much creativity going on here but use of right color combos and outcome isn't bad.
So here is another simple and quick nail art. To start with I pained half the nail with Wet n Wild's I need a Refresh-mint and other half with Sally Hansen's Green with Envy. After that in the space between the two colors, I added different sized dots using a dotting tool with Sally Hansen's Hard To Get. And then sealed it all with my favorite top coat. That's it.
Ring: Kohls
Hope you all like it.

Gold Studs
Hi all, today's nail art nail art is inspired by a picture, click here to see the original nail art by the artist. The sqaure gold studs that I have used here are from BornPrettyStore. To get 10% odd your order from BornPrettyStore, use the code QANX31 at checkout. You can see my previous haul from this store here and here. The polishes that I have used are Wet n Wild's I need a refresh-mint, Revlon's Cupid and Sinful Color's Snow Me White.
And those of you who have been asking me, Yes, I paint both my hands. The left hand's nail art is slightly better than the right ones because I am right-handed, but still I make an attempt. I think I am getting better at it. I myself can't take pictures of my both hands so both of them get clicked only when I have someone around me to do the honors.
Ring: From a local store in Santa Barbara, CA

Colorblocking
Colorblocking is a trend which is here to stay for few more years. I love colorblocking and often experiment with this trend on my nails. You can see some of my previous colorblocked nails here and here. So for today's nail art I decided to use some bright colors which would look good together.
I like how all the colors compliment each other. The polishes that I have used are - Green is from Charlotte Russe. As I have mentioned before Charlotte Russe polishes don't have any names. Yellow is Zoya's Darcy and Blue is Wet n Wild's I need a refresh-mint.

Red Blue and White
Last year for an Indian festival I bought a beautiful Red, Blue and White Indian outfit. A day before the festival I was in dilemma what nail design to apply on my nails which would match my outfit colors. I was looking at some nail stamping plates at that time and Konad's m79 plate's dotted design caught my attention. So instead of buying the plate I decided to free hand that design by myself, in the colors that would match my outfit. Hence the following nail art. I find it challenging to recreate the nail art by myself, instead of opting for the easy way of doing a nail art (i.e. stamping, nail strips, etc) . You can see another design that I recreated here. The best part about recreating this design myself was I used 2 different colors i.e, Red and Blue. If I had used the stamping plate, the whole design would I have been in one color. Also, the stamping plate doesn't have the "big dots" on every intersection of the small dots but only on the every other intersection. I added the "big dots" on every intersection. The base polish I used is my faithful white polish, SinfulColors Snow Me White. For Red I used Ulta's Red Carpet Red and for Blue I used Wet n Wild's I need a refresh-mint. Below is a picture of my nails with my matching "Indian Bangles" mixed and matched, from my jewelry collection :) Here is a picture of the actual Konad m79 stamping plate that I found online. The design I have copied is the one on the top left. There are a lot of Indian festival's coming up in the next few months. So get ready to see more outfit matching Indian nail designs :)

Fairy Lights
If you haven't heard of the brand Butter London in polishes, its time to look into it. Butter London is a non-toxic nail lacquer from Britain. It is a 3 Free company: no formaldehyde, no toluene, no DBP (dibutyl phthalate). Last year I bought my first Butter London polish called Fairy Lights. Fairy Lights is a soft pink metallic polish.
The gold polish used here is Wet n Wild Chrome Nail Color's "Steel the Spotlight". I love metallic polishes and lately this has become one of my favorite polish.

Floral : Daisies
Continuing with the Floral week, Today I have pretty daisies to share with you. Instead of doing all daisies on one nail, this time I tried only one daisy on a nail.
They didn't turn out to be as good as I expected them to be but nevertheless, a good design to share with you all. For blue I used Wet n Wild's "I need a refresh-mint", for white Sally Hansen's "Hard to get" and for yellow, Sally Hansen's "Mellow Yellow".
