Turquoise n Gold make a lovely combo
Remember me creating the Quatrefoil nails some time back. Well I decided to create this design again with some lovely colors.
The polishes that I have used are: Urban Outfitter's Flip Flop (This is the best polish I have invested in, I just love this shade and it adds an extra something to the mani with it's amazing color), Zoya's Ziv (this is an amazing gold polish...i love it)and Butter London's Jaded Jack (my latest go to lime green polish). The round gold studs are from Born Pretty store. If you want to learn how to do this nail design. Read my previous post here. You can check out my other quatrefoil pattern nails here and here.
Below is the picture that inspired my nails.

Teal
Hello Lovelies. Today's nail art is a mix-n-match nail design that I did when I didn't had much time to spare on my nailart. It's a very very simple design but the use of color's in it is what makes it different. The polishes that I have used are Urban Outfitter's Flip Flop and Butter London's Cotton Buds. Silver glitter polish is from Forever 21.

Leopard print
Today's nail art is turquoise leopard print. I was trying out my new Urban Outfitters polishes and wanted to do some nail art with it. Hence this design. You can see my previous leopard print nail art here. For the base coat I used Urban Outfitters Flip Flop. You can see the swatches of my Urban Outfitters polishes including this one here. For black and white, I used my faithful Maybelline's Onyx Rush and Sinful colors Snow Me White. Ofcourse, I had to take a picture of my animal print nails with my new Panther ring. This ring is so pretty and matches with my nails perfectly. Panther Ring: Francescas
One of my co-worker defines this nail art as the best one till date (in her opinion). She usually rates my nail art every week and so far in her books this one is 10 on 10 :) So sweet.

Gradient Green Dots
Happy Friday Lovelies. I think its the first time in the history of my blog, that I have posted nailart everyday of the week (Mon-Fri). So today's nail art is gradient green dots. The above and below shots are taken by my hubby who is an awesome photographer when it comes to macro shots. My nails look really well in both the pictures and the gradient dots are captured really well( I think I should have him do all my nail shots from now on, what say??? ) The polishes that I have used are: White - SinfulColor's Snow Me White. Green polishes from light to dark shades are - Revlon's Jaded, Urban Outfitters Girrl Like You, Sally Hansen's Green With Envy, Revlon's Emerald City, Charlotte Russe's "Unnamed" Dark Green Color. Hope you like this simple nail design. Have a wonderful weekend.

Waterfall Nails
If you are on Instagram, you would have seen waterfall nails floating around a lot. This popular nail design was started by non other than Nailasaurus. Its a new design and everyone has been trying it out. So I decided to recreate it with some of my new polishes. For base color I started with Urban Outfitters "Girrl Like You". To check out Urban Outfitters polish swatches that I have done before, look here . Then I took a striping brush to paint on all the different colors starting from cuticles, towards the tip.
I like the outcome. All the colors blended together perfectly, I am glad I decided to go with these polishes. The polishes I used here are:
Base color : Urban Outfitters "Girrl Like You"
Yellow: Orly's "Yellow Submarine"
White: Sinful Color's "Snow Me White"
Glitter: LA Colors Art Deco's "Lime Glitter"

Urban Outfitters Polish Swatches
While shopping recently at the mall, I ended up browsing the Urban Outfitters store. Before leaving the store I saw their polish display and couldn't help buying some unusual shades which I don't own. Mind you, I only bought two polishes, but so far I've been so impressed with the quality that I may buy more. These polishes are 2 for $8 or $5 each.
The first polish is called "Flip Flop". Its a lovely shade of sea green, which was really difficult to photograph. It looks turquoise blue in first glance but is really what I like to call sea green color. It's an eye catching color and I get a lot of compliments, every time I wear it. The second polish is called "Girrl Like You". Its shade of dirty green. The reason I bought this polish was, I did't own this polish color. The nail art I did with this turned out really well. A good addition to my collection. All the above pictures are with two coats of polish. The dry time of both the polishes is quite fast. The polishes are definitely worth the money and quality was definitely better than what I expected.
