these look like cutepolish's tutorial but with a twist of the different sized dots and you did a stunning job, came out so neat and perfect, i love this style, so colorful and fun!
hmm..never heard of cutepolish before but after u mentioned i checked her out on Instagram and couldn't find even one nail art which matched mine :)
